Gather Nourish Rise believes strongly in nourishment for the mother soul and caring for your inner-self. Becoming a mother is a time of deep transformation in a woman’s life for both her heart and body. The journey into motherhood is a life changing challenge. Gather Nourish Rise’s goal is to empower women along this path and help them rise to this challenge.

I have never seen a woman not have a challenge! Our culture would have us to believe that we if we have a challenge, or something doesn’t go as planned, we have failed.  

The challenges we incur in becoming a mother (for the first or tenth time) do not define our weaknesses, they exist to make us stronger.
